You’re right, it’s all about you, not me, but aren’t you curious about who you’ll be working with?

I’m rooting for you from the moment we start. I’m happy to be your cheer leader until you’re ready to internalise your own.

I’m a non-judgemental, empathic therapist who is open enough to say I have been where you find yourself today and I know that counselling works.

I work with proven techniques, to empower you to start managing your anxiety, to boost your self-esteem and make the necessary, unique to you changes to start shifting low mood, today.

I completed my necessary cliniical hours whilst training, working for St. Peter and St.James Hospice, Cruse Bereavement and Mind.

After qualifying I worked for Mind as an associate counsellor before setting myself up in private practice in Tunbridge Wells.

With social distancing I enhanced my training by completing a course in tele-health and now deliver counselling via doxy.me and telelphone.

I’m a qualified, experienced, bacp registered counsellor.

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellor and Psychotherapists.

I hold a diploma in integrative therapeutic counselling integrating humanistic, psychodynamic and CBT approaches.

I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach but I do believe that we will find a style of working that suits you.

Since qualifying I have attended many courses in subjects such as couples counselling, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, depression, CBT, Mindfullness, The Rewind Technique, and tele-health for professionals because I believe that an investment in me is an investment in you.
